After last night's shooting in Washington D.C., Mayor Bowser was quick to say this was another "illegal" gun incident. The suspects fled, with their gun, and are still at large. So wouldn't people be slightly curious as to how the Mayor came to the conclusion that the gun was "illegal?" Hmm.
